Refund policy
Returns
We have 10 days return policy. We accept returns or exchanges if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If returning a product, it must be in perfect condition or in the same condition, it arrived as. it must be unworn or unused with all tags and in its original packaging. you will also need the proof of purchase in order to do so.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to a defect, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened or used products
- Digital products/downloads
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refunds
Refunds are issued only when:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The order cannot be fulfilled by us.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The client has to pay for the shipping cost if they are returning the order.
The client pays for delivery as it is not covered by us.
